How to Give Facebook Page Access to someone
If you’re an admin of the Page, perform the following steps:
- Click on the Pages option in the left menu from your News Feed. You may have to click the See More option first.
- Go to your Page and click Settings in the left menu.
- Click Page Roles.
- Click Edit next to the name of the person whose role you want to change and then select a new role from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save. You may need to enter your password to confirm.
Keep in mind that if you’re not friends with the person you’re adding, they’ll have to accept your invite before they can start helping you manage your Page.
If you change someone’s role to admin, a second admin may need to approve your request before the change is accepted.
Note: If you’re a new admin, keep in mind that you may need to wait seven days before removing or demoting another admin.
Generally speaking, Facebook (now known as Meta) has a pretty good method for publishing how-to articles for just about almost everything within their ecosystem.
They don’t always make it easy to locate, though, especially when you’re in a pinch and just trying to get to the main point.
