AI CONSULTING, INTEGRATION & MANAGED SERVICES

From a promising idea
to a system your
business can depend on.

Find the right opportunity. Put it into production. Scale what earns its place. The Master Key Method gives each investment a clear scope, a useful output, and a reason to proceed.

Separately scoped engagements · Results measured before expansion

THE COMPLETE METHOD

Five stages.
Evidence at every step.

Each stage answers a different business question. You do not need to commit to the entire method to get value from the first one.

01Diagnose
AI Quick Wins Assessment

Find the money

Identify where AI can create the greatest measurable value first. We look at your priorities, workflows, handoffs, systems, data, ownership, and constraints. Value can mean more revenue, recovered capacity, faster decisions, better service, lower cost, or reduced risk.

Typically about two weeks for a defined scope. Timing depends on the operating footprint and access to your team and data.Scope an AI assessment

What you get

  • A plain-English brief of the business problem and opportunity
  • A process, system, data, and ownership map
  • Opportunities ranked by value, effort, risk, and confidence
  • An agreed baseline and a prioritized 90-day action sequence
THE DECISION TO PROCEED

A business case, a responsible owner, and a clear way to measure success.

02Build & validate
AI Integration Sprint

Prove it in production

Take one well-defined opportunity into production with a real team. That may be an automated workflow, a system integration, or an operating view across a few core systems. Testing, adoption, and measurement are part of the work.

Scope and timing follow the workflow, integration complexity, data readiness, and acceptance criteria.Discuss a production sprint

What you get

  • A scoped workflow, integration, or operating view in use
  • Human approvals, exception handling, and accountable owners
  • Results compared with the agreed baseline
  • A documented implementation and next-step recommendation
THE DECISION TO PROCEED

Evidence of value, reliable operation, user adoption, and appropriate controls before expanding.

03Redesign a department
AI Business Systems

Rebuild the engine

Use what the first implementation reveals to redesign a department around connected information and dependable follow-through. This can span sales, estimating, finance, customer support, HR, or project delivery.

Best suited to a department with an established use case or a clear operating baseline.Plan a department redesign

What you get

  • An end-to-end departmental workflow and architecture
  • Shared operating context and actionable decision briefs
  • Automation with explicit permissions and approval paths
  • Training, documentation, monitoring, and a measurement plan
THE DECISION TO PROCEED

Department-wide outcomes and ownership are clear, with a delivery plan that the team can adopt.

04Connect & govern
Enterprise AI Platform

Connect the business

Create a governed operating layer across approved business systems. Bring context together, link answers to sources, and let people or agents move work forward within defined authority. The platform is configured to your environment and security requirements.

Cloud, hosted, private, and on-premises options are assessed against the use case and technical constraints.Discuss an enterprise AI platform

What you get

  • A business interface across approved enterprise systems
  • Permission-aware search, analysis, and operating briefs
  • Agent workflows with approvals, audit trails, and override paths
  • A deployment and support model aligned to your constraints
THE DECISION TO PROCEED

Security, authority, system boundaries, and operational responsibility are agreed before rollout.

05Operate & improve
Managed AI Services

Keep getting better

Keep live systems useful as the business, models, and workflows change. We scope ongoing monitoring, maintenance, optimization, governance reviews, and team enablement around the environment you need to operate.

Coverage, response commitments, and commercial terms are defined in the engagement agreement.Discuss managed AI coverage

Ongoing coverage

  • Defined monitoring, maintenance, and issue-response coverage
  • Model, workflow, and governance reviews
  • Prioritized improvements and new use cases
  • Regular reporting against agreed operating measures
THE DECISION TO PROCEED

Continued operational value, dependable ownership, and a clear improvement agenda.

WHAT PRODUCTION REQUIRES

A working demo is a start.
Dependable operation is the test.

A production system has to work with real data, real users, and real consequences. These six disciplines guide the delivery.

01

Design the work

Define the outcome, workflow, owner, and exceptions before choosing the technology.

02

Connect the systems

Resolve the data, integration, and identity requirements in your existing environment.

03

Set the controls

Define access, permissions, privacy boundaries, approvals, and auditability.

04

Test the behavior

Check expected outcomes, edge cases, failure handling, and release criteria.

05

Plan for operation

Agree on deployment, monitoring, maintenance, support, and handover.

06

Measure the change

Compare results with the baseline and use the evidence to prioritize improvements.

VALUE IS BROADER THAN SAVINGS

Measure what matters
to your operation.

Revenue. Capacity. Cycle time. Decision speed. Service quality. Cost. Risk. We agree on the measures that fit the use case and establish a baseline before building.

Our internal OIQ scorecard helps track progress across the engagement. The business outcomes—and the evidence behind them—remain the measures you use to judge the work.

SCOPE BEFORE SPEND

Know what
you’re buying.

Do we have to buy all five stages?

No. Each stage is scoped separately and should produce something useful on its own. You can use the assessment internally, complete one implementation, or continue when the results support the next investment.

Can we start with an implementation instead of an assessment?

Yes, when the workflow, owner, data access, baseline, and risks are already well understood. We use the initial conversation to assess whether a production sprint is a sound starting point or whether a short diagnostic would reduce uncertainty.

We already have an AI pilot that underperforms. Can you fix it instead of starting over?

Yes. Optimization is one of our core services. We assess what was built and why it underperforms — adoption, integration, data quality, controls, or the use case itself — then recommend repairing, extending, or retiring it. You get a working system or a clear decision, not a second version of the same pilot.

What determines the cost of an AI project?

Cost depends on the workflows, integrations, data readiness, security requirements, users, and support responsibility in scope. We define the deliverables and commercial terms before work begins. An assessment or a focused sprint can establish the business case before a larger commitment. If the evidence does not support the next stage, we tell you before you spend more.

How long does it take to get started?

A defined Quick Wins Assessment typically takes about two weeks. Implementation timing depends on data access, integration complexity, testing, and team availability. We agree on milestones and acceptance criteria for your scope rather than promising one timeline for every project.

Who owns the data and the solution?

Your control of business data and operating knowledge is a design priority. Deployment, software ownership, licensing, intellectual-property rights, and handover are made explicit in the engagement agreement. Third-party tools may retain their own licensing terms.

What technologies do you work with?

We select the architecture around your systems and constraints. It can include existing automation and BI platforms, cloud services, model providers, custom software, or private deployments. We assess compatibility, data access, reliability, and operating cost before recommending the stack.

What does OIQ mean?

OIQ stands for Operating Intelligence Quotient. It is BizKey’s internal framework for tracking opportunity, proof, connected systems, platform maturity, and ongoing improvement. It supports specific business measures and is not an industry standard, external certification, or substitute for outcome evidence.
