1Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://bizkeyhub.com, operated by BizKey Hub ("we," "us"). By using the site — browsing, running a diagnostic, submitting a form, or proposing a meeting — you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

2What this site offers

The site provides content about our consulting services, free self-serve diagnostic instruments (calculators, scanners, assessments, and generators), articles, case studies, and ways to contact us — including proposing a time for a strategy call. Paid consulting work is not delivered through this site; it is delivered under separate written agreements (see Client engagements).

3Free diagnostic tools produce estimates

We may change, suspend, or retire any free tool at any time without notice.

4Bookings and communications

Proposing a meeting time through our booking widget is a proposal, not a confirmed appointment — a meeting exists once we confirm it, typically with a calendar invite. By submitting any form on this site, you ask us to contact you about your request using the details you provided. You can ask us to stop at any time.

5Client engagements

Consulting, implementation, and any other paid work is governed exclusively by a separately signed agreement, proposal, or statement of work. Any guarantee, warranty, or commitment regarding outcomes applies only as written in that signed agreement — nothing on this website (including tool outputs, case studies, or marketing copy) creates one. Case studies describe specific past engagements; your results will depend on your business.

6Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and as intended. You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download site content or data, or probe, disrupt, or overload the site;
• Misuse forms or comments — no spam, impersonation, malware, or unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content;
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that aren't yours, or bypass security measures;
• Use the tools to build a competing product, or republish tool logic or outputs as your own product;
• Use the site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or block access that violates these terms.

7Intellectual property

The site and everything on it — text, design, graphics, code, the diagnostic instruments, and our names and marks including BizKey Hub, the Master Key Method, and OIQ — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You're welcome to use the tools and download your own results for your personal use and internal business purposes — that's what they're for. What you may not do is copy, republish, sell, or distribute site content or the tools themselves without our written permission.

8Your content

If you post comments or send us feedback, you keep ownership of what you write, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site and use it to operate and improve our services. You're responsible for what you post; we may moderate, edit, or remove comments at our discretion.

9Shared files (SharePoint & OneDrive)

When we share files with you through Microsoft SharePoint or OneDrive, access is granted to you as the intended recipient, verified through your Microsoft sign-in (see our Privacy Policy). Don't forward access, share credentials, or attempt to access files not shared with you. Your use of Microsoft services is also governed by Microsoft's own terms, and we may modify or revoke file access at any time.

10Third-party services and links

The site links to and embeds third-party services — including Google, Meta, Microsoft, form delivery, and embedded media. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, we don't control them, and a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are between you and them.

11Disclaimers

The site and all free tools and content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that tool outputs are accurate or complete for your situation.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizKey Hub and its principals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost savings, or business interruption — arising from your use of this site or its free tools, even if advised of the possibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the use of this website and its free tools will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Paid engagements are addressed in their own signed agreements. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizKey Hub and its principals from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the website itself.
